few notes regarding your Room Service appointment:
24-48 hours prior to your selected window you
will be notified of a specific 1-2 hour appointment window within the time
frame you selected. You will be able to track our truck throughout the
day and will receive text notifications as our crew falls ahead or behind
schedule.
Our movers will come to your room but you will
still need to answer our phone call/text, meet us out front, and escort us into
your building!
Make sure to have your items fully packed and
labeled to avoid delays and possible fees. Your storage invoice will be
added to your customer portal within 48 hours of your pickup. Once you
receive your invoice, you will have 7 days to pay online with credit card!

Our Squad Members will not call prior to our arrival. Simply watch the live feed and have your items outside when we arrive!

You have the option to have a friend, roommate, or parent meet our crew if your are unavailable during your appointment window. Make sure to forward appointment information to them and keep them in the loop throughout the process!
