In order to manage the student data collection process, College Futures Foundation needs to collect some basic information about the scholarships that you will be reporting in CALynx. For purposes of this form, we will refer to each organization you work with as a "partner organization."

Grant # of the grant you were awarded by College Futures Foundation related to the upcoming Academic Year.

The grant number can be found on the grant agreement from College Futures Foundation.

Please enter the following information for each partner organization that will be submitting scholarship student data this upcoming Academic Year. You can only enter information for one partner organization at a time, but after you submit you will be given a link to return to the form. You can repeat this process as many times as necessary.
