Your Details
(This is the name you would like us to use on our correspondence with you)

We send important information to volunteers via email – be sure to check your email account regularly. If emails from vicvolunteer@ms.org.au aren't arriving, please check your junk mail folder.

Emergency Contact

Please be advised that your emergency contact cannot be someone also volunteering at the event.
(e.g. brother, wife, etc)

Volunteering Experience

Your friends must also complete their own application and include your FULL NAME. We won't allocate you a position until we have both applications. Please let us know ASAP if they are no longer volunteering.
Volunteer Roles
We will make every effort to fulfil your first preference, but we cannot guarantee the role will be allocated to you.  You will receive an email to confirm your allocated position.
Pleas note that some roles require volunteers to complete a National Police Check prior to the event

What volunteer role would you like to undertake?

We rely on our dedicated Team Leaders to guide a Small group of volunteers through their day. As a Team leader you will use and develop communication, leadership and organisational skills!

Note: Team Leader positions involve supervising a group, setting and packing up. It is essential that Team Leaders attend a training session and arrive early on event day.

Please note that some Team Leaders will require a National Police Check prior to the event.

What is your location preference?

Pre-event activities include such tasks as mail outs, entry kit packing and volunteer kit packing. These activities take place during the week in work hours at our Blackburn office.

Volunteer Training

All volunteers are strongly encouraged to attend training before volunteering (those undertaking team leader roles are required).
Please note that training provides a basic outline for first time volunteers and important 2018 updates and changes for returning volunteers.
Team Leaders:  Please note that you are expected to arrive 30 minutes early for training for more detailed information specific to your area.
