Standard package includes:
Shell scheme 3m x 3m, including:  carpets, two spot lamps, facia board with company name (all names will be in a standard size and font) and a single 15 Amp electrical power point. Please note all exhibitors must bring their own extensions and furniture alternately these can also be hired from the stand builder.

Stands must be setup and dismantled strictly as per the details provided.


Payment must be made within 60 days from date of invoice, failure to do so will result in your stand being resold.


Exhibition stands will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with the best positions allocated first to major sponsors.  Note that space is limited.


Companies who wish to cancel need to do so before Monday, 1 August 2016, should the cancellation not be done before 1 August 2016, or be a no show at the conference, companies will be held liable for the full exhibition fee. Stands that are cancelled within the cancellation period will be charged a R250 admin fee.


All refreshments and desserts will be served in the exhibition area.  Lunch will be served on the deck.


Exhibitors are entitled to have one person manning the stand, further delegates manning the stand will be charged at R1250-00 per delgate.


Delegates registered as exhibitors will not have access to the conference presentation area and will be charged the full conference rate should they wish to attend the conference or parts thereof.  Names of exhibitors manning the stand must be sent to eileen@vdw.co.za in order for them to be registered.  No entry to the exhibition area will be permitted without a name tag.


The company name at the top of the form is the name that will appear at the top of your facia of your shell scheme, unless you advise otherwise.
