Thank you in advance for your membership with Grounded Solutions Network - we could not do it without you! 

Grounded Solutions Network Members practice and/or promote housing and community asset building programs and policies, and share a vision of inclusive and equitable communities organized around the principles of inclusion, stewardship and empowerment. 

Members may be: 

• Nonprofit organizations or public agencies that are actively engaged in forming, or structured and operating as, a community land trust, deed-restricted housing program, limited equity cooperative, inclusionary housing, or other long-term affordable housing program in their community; or

• Individuals who are employed by an organization or public agency as described above if their employer is not willing or able to join at the organizational level.

We must have accurate and updated data on your portfolios to build support for the field, which is why we require complete information below. At the end of this form, you'll have an option to either pay now by credit card or print an invoice and pay by check.

Organization Membership Fees

• First-time Member: $100

• Operating Income Under $250k: $250

• Operating Income Over $250k:   $500

Individual Membership Fees

• First-time Member: $75

• Renewing Member: $150

The primary contact will vote on behalf of your organization. As an organizational member, you may also appoint two individual members from your organization (board members, staff, yourself) who will also receive ballots at the time of an election. Dues and Payment
An Individual membership is $75 (first time). The renewal fee will be $150 in 2017. 

*The Membership Year is from July 1 through June 30.

Operating Income is defined as the total operating income that the community land trust, inclusionary housing program, or shared equity homeownership program (if it's within a larger organization) reported in the 2015 calendar year. The operating income does not include project/housing development revenue or funds. *The Membership Year is from July 1 through June 30.
