MS Fundraising – Kit Request Form

This form enables registered MS fundraisers to request a Fundraising Kit to be posted free of charge.

If you are not yet registered in an MS Event or as an authorised MS Community Fundraiser this year, please contact communityfundraising@ms.org.au or call 1300 733 690 before requesting any materials.

If you are a business/organisation looking to host an MS Donation Tin (and not order any additional supplies) please register here for your tin.

Fundraising Kits are posted mid-week on a weekly basis, which means you may need to allow up to 4 working days for your order to be posted and up to 4 working days for Australia Post to deliver your Kit.

MS Fundraising Kits

Fundraising Kits contain a range of MS fundraising resources including a donation box, posters, flyers, flags, balloons and more! Whilst we are committed to providing Fundraising Kits to assist with your fundraising efforts at no cost, items are subject to availability.

Don’t forget that you can download posters, flyers and other digital content via our event websites or the Do It For MS website.

Returning unused materials- We welcome you returning unused supplies to us but please note we are unable to cover the costs of any return postage.
