Note: We are currently experiencing an overwhelming and unprecedented response to our previous request for foster caregivers- our community is truly amazing!! Thankfully, we have placed the majority of our cats into foster and this means we can continue to say YES to shelters who are overburdened with cats or are facing closures. We currently have more fosters than kitties but we're continuing to work with our rescue partners to identify need.  If you haven’t yet submitted a foster application but want to, we would still love to hear from you. For everyone applying or who has applied, please bear with us if our response time is slower due to the larger than normal inquiries, Please know that we value your support and still look forward to working with you to save more kitties.

Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a foster parent for The Feline Foundation. Foster parents provide stray, abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens a bridge between their unhappy pasts and permanent, loving adoptive homes. Please take a few minutes to complete the following application.  A volunteer will be in touch with you shortly after receiving your completed application

We specialize in matching cats and kittens with adoptive parents based on applications and in-depth interviews to identify the kitty characteristics that will best suit the prospective owner's desires and lifestyle.

  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Have identification showing your present address
