Please include take-home wages (i.e. after tax) and benefits that you receive directly (or if you are still living with parent/carer, their total income) - e.g. child benefit, universal credit, income support, tax credits. Please also include any housing benefit or local housing allowance that you receive directly.  HOWEVER PLEASE EXLCUDE DLA/PIP PAYMENTS

This is the rent amount that is paid directly by you to your landlord.  For example, if your rent is £350 per week and you pay this direct to the landlord (even if you receive £350 local housing allowance which is paid into your account), then you would enter "350".  However, if your rent is £350 but housing benefit pay £200 to your landlord directly and so you are only paying £150 to your landlord, then you would enter "150".  Please note, if your rent is MONTHLY: to work out the weekly amount, multiply the monthly amount by 12 and then divide by 52. This will give you the weekly amount.

If your service charge/water payment is MONTHLY: to work out the weekly amount, multiply the monthly amount by 12 and then divide by 52. This will give you the weekly amount.

If your rent is MONTHLY: to work out the weekly amount, multiply the monthly amount by 12 and then divide by 52. This will give you the weekly amount.

If your childcare is MONTHLY: to work out the weekly amount, multiply the monthly amount by 12 and then divide by 52. This will give you the weekly amount.
