New Utility Services Application

Homeowners:
To begin service, a payment of $150.00 is required prior to turn on. $125.00 of the total payment is for a deposit, which is automatically refunded after 12 consecutive months of on-time payments. The remaining $25.00 is a non-refundable establishment fee.

Renters:

The Utilities Department requires advance notice of two business days to connect water service. Service connections will be processed Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Please note Town offices are closed on Fridays. *Same day service is available for an additional $35.00. Payment for same day service requests is required prior to service connection.
