Therapeutic Riding Participants - Reminder that HETRA does not credit for any participant cancelled lessons. Make up lessons only if this form is filled out in advance of the cancellation. A maximum of 1 make up lesson is allowed per 12 week riding course, and must be completed in the current or immediately following Course. If you selected that you would like a make up lesson, HETRA's Staff will be in contact with you to schedule this.
**Hippotherapy Participants - Any cancellations made 72 hours in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee. Any "Late Cancellations" made with less than 72 hours notice will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. If no notice is given a $25 "No Show" fee will be charged. Each participant will be given one "Late Cancellation" credit per 12 week course.
