ADD-ON EXPERIENCES**
**Student groups have the opportunity to add a workshop, or a pre- or post-show insights discussion with a Roundabout Teaching Artist. Requests for add-on experiences will be confirmed no earlier than 5 weeks prior to your performance, and are not guaranteed until confirmation is provided. Cast and creative team members cannot be requested for pre- and post-show insights discussions. Backstage tours are not available for Roundabout Theatre Company productions.

PAYMENT POLICIES
  • We will follow up with you regarding your request via email unless otherwise indicated. If you have any questions, please email groupsales@roundabouttheatre.org or call 212.719.9393 x365
  • Payments will be due on a date established by management. If booking occurs within 30 days of the performance, we will provide you with the latest possible deadline, but encourage you to submit payment as early as possible. If your request is for a performance date fewer than 2 weeks away, we may be unable to hold your reservation unpaid, and will follow up with you directly regarding payment.
  • Group minimum is 10 tickets for all performances.
  • Booking as a group does not always guarantee a discount, however per-ticket handling fees are waived on group orders.
  • A request for group tickets does not guarantee an order.
  • Add-on tickets cannot be guaranteed once payment for an order has been processed.
  • Pricing, black out dates, performance dates and times, payment policies, and performers are subject to change without notice.
