Terms of Use

1. AACE International grants REGION/SECTION a single-use license of its Certification Review Training materials. REGION/SECTION agrees to complete training within 6 months of the date of this Agreement. Subsequent use(s) require executing a new Agreement with AACE International.
   REGION/SECTION and its representatives may not modify, repurpose, sell, or distribute these materials, in part or in whole, without the express written consent of AACE International. Recording the training is prohibited.
2. REGION/SECTION understands and agrees that, as a certification review training provider, it must use instructors who are certified in the relevant subject matter. Specifically, instructors must hold a current certification in the subject they are teaching (e.g., only individuals with an active CCP certification may lead a CCP Review Training). Additionally, SECTION agrees not to use the provided materials solely for exam preparation purposes, but rather to provide comprehensive instruction that covers the full scope of the subject matter.
3. REGION/SECTION and/or instructor will not make any guarantees that attendees will be able to pass a certification exam upon completing any Certification Review Training.
4. REGION/SECTION may generate print or electronic handouts for personal use only.
5. REGION/SECTION will provide an attendance list from each training session to AACE International, upon request.
6. REGION/SECTION is encouraged to provide AACE International with comments and suggestions to improve the quality of each Certification Review Training (send to education@aacei.org).
