Cancellation and Refund Policy
Requests submitted at least 5 business days before the start of the course will receive an 80% refund. Any requests received less than 5 business days before the start of the course will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued on or after the start of the course, with the exception of armed forces personnel who are called to duty.  Refund Policy
Primary Contact / Attendee 
The primary contact is the person responsible for this registration and who will receive a copy of the receipt. This may or may not be a registered attendee for the event.  Event registration confirmation emails are sent to all attendees registered.

Membership discounts will be automatically applied in Step 4 and appear on your order summary prior to payment. Membership discounts are matched by the last name and email of the registering attendee.
Southface has been approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to accept education benefits from those who have served in the military, who are currently on active duty, or are dependents of a disabled or deceased veteran for over 90 percent of Southface courses.  Learn more.
