The "Registrant" may be the "Student" registering for the course or someone registering on behalf of the "Student." Course confirmation emails are sent to all students registered if a valid email is provided.

Enrollment Agreement

  • Course Information, Tuition and Fees - Courses may or may not require additional fees, testing and third party exams to achieve certification. If you need additional information about what is included with this course, requirements or the clarification on the path to certification, please contact courses@southface.org. I acknowledge that I have read and understand what is included in this course; 
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy - Cancellation requests submitted in writing to courses@southface.org within 3 business days of registration for training will receive a 100% refund. Cancellation requests submitted in writing after 3 business days of registration and at least 5 business days before the start of the workshop or training will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation requests received less than 5 business days before the start of the workshop will receive no refund. Any extenuating circumstance that prevents a participant from attending a workshop or training should be submitted in writing to courses@southface.org for review.  I acknowledge that I have read and understand Southface's Cancellation and Refund Policy;

Southface Institute will consider this agreement to be accepted upon full receipt of payment for training and the acknowledgement by the student that they agree to all provided Southface terms.
