If you are a new buddy or a returning buddy, and would like to be considered for a volunteer/Buddy position during our upcoming program, please complete the form below.

 
Buddy Informational Meetings are scheduled for Monday, April 3rd and Thursday, April 6th from 7-8pm at our office, 1861 Charter Lane, Suite 114, Lancaster, 17601
Please note:

If you are new to Aaron's Acres you must attend one of the Buddy Informational sessions.


After the Buddy Informational Meeting, the administrative staff will consider your selections and will make the final decisions with staffing based on our participants' needs.


If  you are new or returning you MUST be able to attend all orientation meetings and all days of our program for the session(s) you will be volunteering. Please review the camp dates and Orientation dates(for both staff and buddies) prior to completing this form. 


In completing this application, you will be asked to select the sessions in which you wish to be involved.  Please note that if you are interested in applying for a pm session you must also apply for an am session. 

Orientation Meetings

ALL ORIENTATIONS ARE MANDATORY!!!

Berks Campus Orientation Dates:                              

                                               Sunday, May 21st (12:00-1:00 NEW staff--1:00-4:00 ALL staff)                                                               and Thursday, May 25th (6-9pm)

Location: South Mountain YMCA, 201 Cushion Peak Rd, Wernersville, 19565


Main Campus Orientation Dates: 

                                               Session 1: Saturday, May 20th

                                                          AM Staff 11:30-12:30 NEW staff--12:30-3:30 ALL staff

                                                          PM Staff   3:30-4:00

                                                   and Wednesday, May 24th (5-7pm)


                                               Session 2: Saturday, May 20th                                                                                                                                          AM Staff  3:30-4:30 NEW staff--4:30-7:30 ALL staff

                                                          PM Staff   7:30-8:00

                                                  and Wednesday, May 24th (7-9pm)


                                               Session 3: Group Leaders Only
