Complete applications must be submitted, by 5PM Pacific on Friday, February 10, 2017. Grounded Solutions Network will conduct a preliminary review of each application for completeness and follow-up with applicants with any requests for additional information. We anticipate making final decisions and notifying all applicants by Monday, February 27, 2017.
Applications must include:
1. Complete application summary form
2. Complete answers to short-answer question
3. Letter of support from organization board or sponsoring entity
4. Staff and board roster with names, roles and length of participation
5. IRS proof of charitable status or proof of fiscal sponsorship
6. “Lead” resume and a personal statement explaining why she/he would like to participate in the program.
