Living Wage Friendly Funders - Impact Monitoring
This survey aims to explore how charities funded by 'Living Wage Friendly Funders' are implementing the Living Wage.
The survey should only take around 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will help us promote the real Living Wage in the voluntary sector.
Data gathered from this survey will always be anonymised; your answers will not be attributed to your organisation.
All questions apply to full and part-time staff over the age of 18. Please do not include apprentices, interns or volunteers where the Living Wage need not necessarily apply.
The Living Wage is based on the real cost of living in the UK and in London. Living Wage Employers believe a fair day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay, they go further and choose to voluntarily pay the real Living Wage to all of their staff, including those who are contracted or outsourced. The rate is calculated annually according to the cost of living in the UK. It is currently £8.45 per hour across the UK, and £9.75 an hour in London. The rates are recalculated every year in November and employers have six months to implement any new rates.
