180 Degrees Consulting is the world’s largest non-profit student-driven consultancy. We are currently recruiting Student Consultants, Team Leaders, and a Director of Digital Media  [Member of the Executive Board]. Team Leaders will be the main communicator and organizer of a given project. Student Consultants will work with this Team Leader.

If you have advanced into the second round, you will be scheduled for an interview with 180 Degrees Executives. These interviews will take place after February 2nd

You will be informed of our final decisions by the end of that week. 

180 Degrees Consulting works with nonprofits in consulting areas such as human resources, financial analysis, operations, information technology, and client analysis. 

In addition to 180 Degrees' training sessions, many of the projects require creative ways to research and solve an organization's issues.

The question below will help us match your interest/skills to specific projects. Please list as many applicable skills as possible that we may not find on your resume (feel free to use keywords instead of sentences). 

i.e. databases, digital media strategies, excel, HTML / CSS, etc.

Each consulting team meets for a minimum one hour each week at a regular time during the semester. Please check off all the times that you are available to meet. 

Consultants and Team Leaders are required to:

• Attend a one-hour team meeting each week. There may be more meetings on an as-needed basis. 
• Attend bi-monthy (or monthly) 180 Degrees Consulting meetings made up of all students who are involved with the Tufts branch. 
• Perform independent research outside of team meetings (approx 2-3 hours)
• Meet with the client they are working with at least 4 times throughout the semester
• Attend all training sessions and guest speaker events hosted by 180 Degrees Consulting
