This training, hosted by Russell Greenwald, Vice President, Insource Services, Inc., will focus on outlining a framework for smaller organizations to follow in the design and management of their IT infrastructure. The training will cover the steps and key considerations in the creation and implementation of a one to two year IT plan, as well as the ongoing support critical to an effective plan. Russell will also review how to effectively assess and manage IT support for either your internal staff or your IT consulting vendor.
Russell co-leads the overall management of Insource’s client engagements and is responsible for providing leadership to and strategic direction for Insource’s consulting services. Russell is also Insource’s principal IT consultant, focused on providing CIO and IT goal planning and assessment services to clients.
