Thank you for joining Grounded Solutions Network – we are dedicated to supporting and connecting all of our members nationwide with the tools you need to be successful.
Grounded Solutions Network Members share a few key attributes – they practice and/or promote housing and community asset building programs and policies, and share a vision of inclusive and equitable communities organized around the principles of inclusion, stewardship and empowerment.
Members may be:
- Nonprofit organizations, public agencies or Habitat for Humanity affiliates that are actively engaged in forming, or structured and operating as, a community land trust, deed-restricted housing program, limited equity cooperative, inclusionary housing, or other long-term affordable housing program in their community; or
- Individuals who are employed by an organization or public agency as described above if their employer is not willing or able to join at the organizational level.
As a service to our members, we strive to collect accurate and updated data on your portfolios to build support for the field, which is why we require each organization to complete/update the information below. Please note the application will take 15-20 minutes to complete and requires access to data about your program. At the end of this form, you'll have the option to pay your due by credit card or by check.
Membership Dues - Organizational
- First-time Member: $100
- Renewing Members with Operating Revenue Under $250k: $250
- Renewing Members with Operating Revenue Over $250k: $500
HomeKeeper Member/User: 10% Discount
