Does your organisation have a UK bank account or non-profit conduit who can accept funding on your behalf?

Do you have a sponsor who can attend the event and pledge the first £250 should you be selected to pitch?

TFN was created as a peer-to-peer network. This means all projects applying to TFN must have a sponsor, someone who is not paid by the organisation who is willing to vouch for you, speak in support of your work at the event and pledge the first £250. For our London events, this person must also be a member of TFN. If you have any questions on this requirement, please contact julia@thefundingnetwork.org.uk.

TFN was created as a peer-to-peer network. For our London events, your sponsor must be a member of TFN. We do not provide details of our current members and recommend you firstly ask amongst your network to see whether you know any members. If not, ask someone to join TFN with a view to sponsoring an application. Members must have attended an event and given to another project before they are eligible to sponsor. Congratulations! At this stage you appear to be eligible to apply to TFN. All application opportunities for our regional events will be made available on our website. For our London events, our members are notified as to when we are accepting applications so please keep in touch with them. Please note that whilst you might be eligible, it is still a competitive process and approximately 20% of applicants receive a slot to pitch at an event.
