SUMMER CAMP 2017 INFORMATION:
DATE:  June 26, 2017 - June 30, 2017
TIME:  8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
PLACE:  New Harbor Church, 4858 E. 2nd Street, Benicia, CA
Thank you so much for your interest in our summer music camp here in Benicia!  Each year, we look forward to welcoming new and returning students to camp and are excited you will be joining us.  These questions will make sure we have everything we need to keep on file to ensure the students safety at camp.  Only completed forms will ensure your child is registered.  As we get closer to camp, you will receive other information regarding music your child should begin learning prior to camp.  Be sure to be on the lookout for this information.  If you have any questions along the way, please email Michelle Fulbrook, michelle@voena.org.

DETAILS:
* DROP-OFF: 8:15 - 8:30 a.m.  PICK-UP:  Promptly at 11:30 a.m.
* RECITAL:  Friday at 11:00 a.m. - All parents and family welcome
* SNACKS and WATER will be provided.  We encourage your child to bring their own water bottles.
* Minimum of 10 students must be registered in order for the camp to proceed.  Families payments will be          returned if the minimum is not met.
* COST:  $85 pay (included daily snack and camp t-shirt) payment can be made by check to VOENA CAMP, P.O. Box 1893, Benicia, CA  94510 or pay at the end of registration via Paypal.
* REFUNDS:  Camp will be fully refunded one week prior to camp minus a $25 registration fee.  After that, no refunds will be granted.
