Products returned for credit must be new, unused and in the original product packaging.
Products returned for credit may be subject to restocking fee.

Decontamination
Please fill out this section in it's entirety. Failure to complete and submit this form before a repair arrives on our dock will result in a refusal of delivery/return to sender.


Note: Any leftover solvents or special chemicals used during repair/rebuild will be returned with the item.





NOTE: IF UNIT IS RECEIVED AND DEEMED UNSUITABLE FOR HANDLING, IT WILL BE RETURN TO CUSTOMER. ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES WILL BE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY, AS WELL AS ANY LABOR COSTS INCURRED BY SPRINGER PUMPS, LLC.
RGA # will be issued after this form has been processed.
Do not return any product to Springer Pumps without an RGA #.
RGA # must be on outside of Box/Shipping Container including all paperwork.
