Who can enter?

Any make-up artist, or beauty therapist providing full make-up services, who has been working in a salon or spa or as a freelance or mobile make-up artist since at least October 2016.

Deadline for submission

Please note the deadline for entries is the 10th September 2017. Any entries received after this date or any alterations to previously submitted entries will not be allowed.

If you are lucky enough to make it to the finals you will be required to attend a practical judging day in Dubai. The date for this will be confirmed shortly but is likely to be in November 2017.

Make-Up Specialist of the Year


Due to the high volume of entries some users may experience problems uploading images and other files. Please use the following guidelines to ensure you do not loose your work and avoid these difficulties.

 

1) SAVE YOUR PROGRESS NOW BEFORE GOING ANY FURTHER

 

2) Keep a copy of all the text you enter in a word document, so just incase the online form does crash you have a backup.

 

3) When uploading files, make sure they are in only one of the following formats:

DO NOT UPLOAD any of the following as doing so will automatically invalidate your entry:


ZIP files, Any video file, Powerpoint or similar file

 

4) Also make sure the files are no larger than 2MB in size.

 

5) Select and upload each file one at a time. Save your progress after each file before uploading the next.
