How long will it take to process my claim? We try to process any claims within 10 working days.
Credit note or replacement?
Up to you! We will always treat a replacement as a new transaction so
you will receive a credit for the faulty shoe and then the replacement
will be placed on a new order for you.
Do I need to send the faulty goods back to Brooks?
In most cases faulty goods will not need to be returned to us but we
reserve the right to request the return of goods for inspection before a
credit is issued. Please keep all claimed items until you have received
your credit.
Do you really need all the information requested on the form?
Yes! Please fill in all columns of the form to allow us to credit you
for the correct shoe. We need all this information for auditing purposes
and quality control so if any information is missing we will need to
contact you which will delay your credit being processed.
