Congratulations on joining the world's leaders in restorative community development! We are delighted to welcome you and your team to register for the Living Community Challenge.


A FEW CLARIFICATIONS BEFORE YOU BEGIN

EXISTING BUILDINGS: within the community or buildings not under the ownership of the Community do not have to be certified as Living Buildings (although they are encouraged to be). However, all built infrastructure within the Living Community must meet the requirements of the LCC program.

CAPITAL PROJECTS: A majority of capital projects developed or renovated by the community (50% or more by area or individual building count) must meet the Living Building Challenge for the project to earn Living Community Certification. See pg 15 of the LCC Standard for more information.

DISCOUNT: Today only, the LCC applicant may take advantage of a deep LBC registration discount ($100 in lieu of $900 for one "catalyst" LBC project) within the LCC community. Please note this discount is only available at time of LCC registration. You must pay for this benefit at time of LCC registration. LBC catalyst project information will be required on a separate form after the LCC registration process. Please contact lcc.support@living-future.org if you have questions about this process.
