Reminder: While we recognize the urgent need for emergency food aid more than ever due to cuts in federal basic needs programs, MAZON’s Quick Reaction Fund does not support direct services including emergency food distributions. We simply lack the resources to respond to the flood of emergency requests generated by this moment to requires a public response.

Grant proposals will not be considered if the applicant fails to prioritize the goal of influencing public policy to address food insecurity. See here (link) for more on what MAZON will support with the QRF.
