Thank you for your interest in applying to our Celebrity Connector, a virtual crowdfunding event in support of small not-for-profit organisations. 

The event will take place online on Wednesday 8th February from 18.00 - 20.00. You will need to be available from 17.00 on the day of the event.  


Please read the application briefing pack carefully before you start. You can find out what is required for the application on the next page, where you will have the option to download a copy of the questions to help you prepare further.


We would suggest preparing your application offline in a text document initially. There is also the option to save and resume your form. 


Lastly we strongly recommend reviewing your application before submitting this form to ensure any errors or incomplete sentences are corrected, and that you are presented in the best possible way.

What information will you be asked for? 

The application questions are listed below. We would recommend that you begin to prepare your application offline in the first instance, before entering the information in this online form.

The TFN application is broken down into five sections:

We anticipate that the application will take your 2-3 hours to complete. The application form can be saved and returned to, and if you wish you can work on your answers offline and then copy and paste them into the form.

TFN will only support organisations limited by shares if it is written into their governing documents that 100% of any profits are reinvested back into the organisation. We will not support organisations if they have the potential to pay dividends to non-charity shareholders now, or in the future. To confirm your status please attach your Articles of Association.

Please provide an outline of your organisation structure and how you meet TFN's criteria of being not for profit with charitable aims.

A very brief description of the aim/mission of your organisation

A very brief description of the work you hope to fund.

Why was your organisation created? What does your existing work do?

What is the need and how have you identified this? Why is your work important? Include any measurements that have been taken to verify the problem - statistics, your own or independent research etc



What is your solution to the problem you have identified? Unless this is a new project please mention what you have achieved in the last year and give evidence of your track record. How does this work meet the organisation's mission and objectives? What actual activities will take place? If you have a compelling sum that shows how funding your work would save resources elsewhere please include this.



What results do you expect to see - do you have any evidence that your solution will solve the problem you have identified? If this is an existing project/programme please provide details of your impact to date.



Please explain how you would spend up to £10,000 (a brief budget is useful) and provide an explanation of how you plan to raise any money not raised at TFN.
