Guidelines for Sponsorship
Sponsor payments to LiveOn NY will be used for LiveOn NY operations and programs for the 2019 Conference.
Sponsor agrees to pay the full donation amount prior to receiving the selected benefits on the Sponsor Registration Form. Payment in full is due no later than January 4, 2019 at 5:00pm. Donations that do not meet the required amount for the selected benefit by the January 11, 2019 due date will be applied to a lesser benefit covered in full by the donation.
Benefits and Recognition
In exchange for this donation, LiveOn NY will provide the Sponsor with the promotional opportunities as stated in the Benefits Menu for the selected benefit on the Sponsor Registration form.
Set Up and Tear Down (more details can be found on our website at www.liveon-ny.org/events/conference
Set up and tear down of exhibit spaces is the sole responsibility of the Sponsor. Set up and tear down must be completed within the timeframe provided by LiveOn NY unless other arrangements are made and approved in advance of the event. Instructions for set up and tear down will be provided in advance of the event.
There are no refunds for cancellations by sponsors.If a sponsor cancels at any time, for any reason, the sponsor will be responsible for the entire exhibitor or sponsor fee.
