COVID-19 SAFETY WAIVER: In order to protect the health of volunteers, homeowners, and

project visitors, Rebuilding Together has established COVID-19 safety protocols that all

volunteers must follow. By selecting I CONSENT, you acknowledge that you will adhere to the

following COVID-19 safety requirements.

a.    Not to participate in the Project if I have had a body temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher during the previous 14 days or have suffered any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, the flu, or the common cold.

b.    Not participate if any resident of my home has symptoms of COVID-19, tested positive, or has been in contact with someone that has tested positive for COVID-19.

c.     To comply with all project management, sanitation and cleanliness and “social distancing” rules, policies and guidelines established by Rebuilding Together that are applicable to the Project, including with respect to hand washing, wearing a protective face mask and gloves, and using my best efforts to maintain an appropriate distance from others. 

d.    That I am participating in the Project at my own risk and understand that I may be exposed to persons carrying or who exhibit symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, and have voluntarily assumed such risk

e.    That by volunteering, I am releasing RTH and its employees, contractors, directors, officers, and others from any and all liability or claims that may arise from exposure to pathogens, including coronavirus and COVID-19, arising out of or relating to the volunteer activities.
