Welcome to FJC’s Leaders Assembly! Leaders Assembly 2018: The Pursuit of Excellence will take place on March 18-20 at the Baltimore Waterfront Marriott in Baltimore, MD.

General Information
  • Hotel: Hotel reservations must be booked separately directly through the Baltimore Waterfront Marriott.
  • Sunday Session: Through this form, you will pre-register for one session at Leaders Assembly. This session will be on Sunday, March 18, 2017 and it will be a workshop session by role. You will be asked to identify your primary function or role as it relates to the field of Jewish camp, and attendees will convene with others who hold a similar function or role.
  • Payment Method: Please note that credit card is the only accepted form of payment for Leaders Assembly.
  • Registration Fees: Conference registration fees include all conference meals (all meals are kosher) and programming. Please register by December 15, 2017 to enjoy the Early Bird registration rates.
  • For Assistance: If you have any questions, please reach out to assembly@jewishcamp.org.
Students (Graduate and Undergraduate)
  • Rates: Student rates are $99 for one day, $179 for two days, and $259 for three days. 
  • ID: In order to get student rates, please select "Student" as your attendee type below and present a copy of your student identification as part of registration.
Exhibitors in the Expo Hall

Pre-Registration for Sunday Session

Please note that you are only able to select a single option, although your function or role may be multifaceted. Select the role that will be best to help you build a network.

Each session has limited space and all options are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Meals
Meals are included in the cost of the conference registration. All meals and refreshments are certified Glatt Kosher and prepared under the Orthodox Kasruth Supervision of the Rabbinical Council of Bergen County.

Assistance or Accommodations

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests related to registration must be received by email to assembly@jewishcamp.org no later than February 16, 2018. No refunds will be issued after this date. Cancellations prior to this date will be issued a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. All refunds will be processed via original method of payment. Substitutions are allowed in the event you are not able to use your registration. All requests for substitutions must be received in writing by email to the above address no later than Friday, February 23, 2018.

Cancellations/refunds related to lodging and travel are the sole responsibility of the attendee and must be brought to the attention of the hotel and/or airline directly. Hotel reservations and cancellations must be received directly by the Baltimore Marriott on or before Saturday, February 24, 2018. If cancelled after this date, guests will be charged for full stay. Foundation for Jewish Camp holds no liability in this area.
