Enroll: You'll sign a HomeKeeper Participation Agreement
Payment: After you sign the HomeKeeper Participation Agreement, you will be sent an invoice for the first year costs of HomeKeeper and will complete a User Setup Survey to document your initial HomeKeeper configuration requests. Please note HomeKeeper installation cannot be begin until payment is received in full.
Installation: We will install and onboard new organizations in the order that the Setup Surveys and Participation Agreements are completed and returned.
Orientation and Training: We will schedule a time to complete the initial 1-on-1 orientation and training sessions with Grounded Solutions Network.
Data Migration: You will then migrate or input all program data into HomeKeeper.
