Please complete the form to register your student(s) for a Student Leadership Day. This form can register multiple siblings. Payment can be made via credit card during the final step. 

If you are paying by check, students are not guaranteed spots until we have received your check.

The fee for Student Leadership Day is $25 per student.
  • The day begins at 9:00am and dismissal is at 2:00pm
  • Each student will receive a pen, folder, and nametag
  • TACSC will provide a snack (water and fruit/granola bar) during break
  • TACSC will provide lunch to each student (2 pieces of cheese pizza, water, fruit, cookie)
  • Students are asked to wear their school uniform
  • All transportation to and from Student Leadership Day is the responsibility of the school 

If a location is listed as SOLD OUT, please contact the TACSC Office regarding waiting lists.

By clicking on SUBMIT, you understand that photos/video may be taken of the students participating in activities, and may be used on the TACSC website or media pages. No names will be used without permission. Please contact the TACSC Office with any questions or concerns.

After you submit, you will be taken to PayPal for payment via credit card for the total for this form. All registrations will be valid after payment.

If you are paying by check, it must be received in the TACSC Office for registrations to be valid.
