Terms and Conditions
In order to support the aims of the Camp, we have established some guidelines for Camp participants:

Participation: The Camp schedule has been carefully crafted to blend activities, seva and rest so that you can take full advantage of your time at RMD. The more you participate, the more you will get out of it!

Contribution: The Camp is managed by volunteers. We encourage you to take part in devotional seva (like cooking, cleaning, decorating, etc.) and contribute to the running of the Camp. If you haven't already signed up for a specific seva area, please volunteer at Reception Desk when you check in or when volunteers are requested.

Model devotional behavior: Everyone learns by watching. Both adults and kids will be influenced by your humble and cooperative behavior while at Radha Madhav Dham. By setting a good example, you will positively affect all those around you.

Attire: Clothing worn should reflect the attitude and ambiance of RMD, and be respectful of the sanctity of the ashram. We do not allow shorts, leggings with short tops, sleeveless shirts, etc.

Smoking/Drug/Alcohol Policy: Smoking, drugs, or alcohol are not allowed anywhere on RMD property. Any violation of this policy will result in dismissal from the Camp and removal from RMD premises.

Note to parents with kids:

We aim to provide a safe, devotional and educational environment to cultivate the positive virtues of all participants. We believe that kids will get more out of the Camp if they are focused on the activities, and encouraged to follow certain disciplines. We request parents to be our partners in making sure these disciplines are followed by kids. By working together as a team, we can make sure all kids have positive devotional experiences while they are here.

Electronics Policy: Kids are not allowed electronics on RMD grounds (including rooms) during Camp. This includes smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming devices, etc. Please note a new policy for this Camp: Those participating in the Teen program (age 14-18) will be required to deposit their phones before the start of Camp. The phones will be kept in a secure location and returned at the conclusion of the Camp.

Curfew: All kids must be in their rooms with the lights out by no later than 11:00 pm "Sleepovers" are not allowed - kids must sleep in the same room with their parents, or with their mentors (in the case of teens). Curfew is monitored, and violations will result in dismissal from the Camp.

Attendance & Punctuality: Full attendance and on-time arrival in all Camp activities is expected of all kids. Attendance is monitored, and repeated violations will result in a meeting with the Camp coordinator and the parents. Further violations could result in dismissal from the Camp.

Supervision during free time: Kids must remain in designated areas during their free time. This includes their room, the dining hall, the game room, the courtyard (where the Shiv shrine and basketball court are), or the Temple. Kids are not allowed to wander around the property. They must tell their parents or monitors where they are during free time, and it is the responsibility of the parents and monitors to supervise the kids during free time. Please note a new policy for this Camp: All parents with kids (age 3-18) participating in the Camp will be required to fill one supervision slot during the lunch/dinner breaks; women will provide supervision in the women’s/girls’ dorm in the AYC and men will provide supervision in the men’s/boys’ dorm in Gopal Bhavan. We will reach out to you to schedule your supervision slot.
