Purchase Welcome Kits For Your Employees

Welcome Kits include a Max GO fitness tracker and Welcome card. The kits can be available on your Get Active/Personify Health platform for employees to order. 

*Aetna will charge your company a monthly Per Eligible Per Month (PEPM) cost for the kits.

Max GO Specs
Once the Welcome Kits have been activated, employees can visit the Personify Health store on the platform to order. Simply mouse over your user profile picture and select "Store". They will see a product called "Aetna Get Active Welcome Kit" and see the pricing. Once they add this item to their shopping cart, the item pricing will charge $0. If they order more than 1, they will be charged the price of the additional kits.                                                                                          
Regardless of how many employees order the kits, your company will be charged a monthly PEPM pricing by your Aetna representative.

Add/Change Email Domains

Email domains help to give an extra layer of security and only allow employees with certain email addresses to enroll for the program. If you would like to add or change the email domains that are currently setup on your platform, please fill out the form below.

Typical turnaround is 5-7 business days

Request Reporting Access

Reporting access can be granted per sponsor.  Typical turn-around time for access is 3-5 business days.

Note: You must first enroll in the program in order for Virgin Pulse to apply admin rights to our account. If you do not have a member account please visit -- join.personifyhealth.com/aetnagetactive and create an account, then you can request admin access.

Add My Company Logo

For best results, use a .png file with the dimensions of  80px tall by 215px wide with a transparent background.

 Typical turn-around time for adding logos is 5-7 business days.

Add/Delete My Company Location(s)

If your company has multiple locations, please enter them below. This will then appear on all reports and help when creating calendar events. 

 Typical turn-around time for location additions is 5-7 business days. Please note, if you are deleting a location and there are currently members assigned to that location, we will need to know what location to move them to in order to complete you request. 

In order to ensure the privacy of health data, each location you list must have at least 20 employees.  You may add up to 100 US locations.
