Thank you for your donation of clothing, accessories, or other items to The Wardrobe to assist with our mission of empowering people to work and independence.

By filling out this Donation Form, you are confirming your donation to our organization along with its value for tax purposes.

Per IRS regulations, nonprofit organizations are not permitted to assign a value to your donation, but we suggest that for gently used clothing and accessories, you estimate its "thrift store" value.
