Request Elite Customer Account Changes

Elite Customer auto delivery orders are processed on the 15th of the month. Requests to hold your order, or cancel Elite Customer status must be made by completing this form before midnight on the 14th of the month. Any requests after that time will not be processed before the order is charged and sent.

Putting your order on hold:

If you have received at least 3 consecutive shipments (ie. January, March, May) you can have your order put on hold for up to 60 days.

If you have not received 3 consecutive shipment there is a $20 ‘Hold’ fee, that $20 will be added back to your account as a credit on your next shipment!

Cancelling your Elite Customer status will result in loss of Free Shipping, 15% off every purchase and 50% off monthly specials. There is a 6 month waiting period before you can rejoin the program.
