If you need additional tables, please order them on the application form
($12.00 each). Since we must rent the tables from an outside source, we do not
have additional ones available at the last minute. Payment in full MUST be postmarked by
March 26, 2018.

Set-Up begins at 7:30 a.m. When you check in, you
will be directed to your exhibit space.
You may drive to your space to unload, but please be considerate of
others. All vehicles must be off the grounds and set up must be completed by 9:45 a.m. We will provide a designated parking area for all vendors. Vendors MAY NOT feed the animals. Giveaways are permitted, provided they are wrapped.
Sales and Information
Booth areas will be
pre-assigned and determined by WheatonArts. Booth sizes are 10 ft wide X 12 ft deep. Please
inform us if you need additional space for your booth. We can easily adjust if
we know your needs in advance. Please
bring a canopy or tent for your booth if possible. Most exhibit areas are located on wooded
grounds, so you should be prepared to adjust to any uneven surfaces. All canopies must be properly secured and weighted!
NJ Sales Tax
All retail exhibitors are responsible for collecting and reporting New Jersey Sales Tax of 6.625%. Please have your tax information on hand as you may be asked by a state official to present it at the show.
Electrical service will be provided only if
requested on the form. If you have requested electric, bring with you a heavy
duty outdoor extension cord at least 20 ft. long. Please remember that booth spaces with
electric are limited. Requests will be
accommodated on a “first applied, first supplied” basis. Payment for electric must be included with your booth fee.
You are responsible for
all exhibit materials and supplies. Tables should be covered to the ground an all
unsightly packaging should be hidden out of sight.
Special areas will be
reserved for demonstrations. Please
indicate your needs on the registration form. Additional arrangements will be
made on an individual basis for times, etc.
Please park your vehicle
in the designated lot. We ask that you do not park in the main circle or in the
employee lot, in order to allow parking space for our visitors and staff.
Breakdown may not begin
until 5 p.m. unless special arrangements have been made. No vehicles will be
permitted to return to the grounds between 10 am and 5 pm or until visitors
have exited. If you have animals that need to be returned to a shelter before 5 pm, please notify us beforehand. You will be required to walk the dogs from the show and have someone man your booth until 5 pm.
