For youth living in Hennepin County

At the present time, Hennepin County has not yet awarded summer 2018 funding. We expect funding to be awarded by the end of February, but it is possible no awards will be announced until March.

The brief form below will serve as the initial piece of the application. This is a requirement to move on to the next stage of the application process.  After funding announcements are made, you will be sent a full application if there will be Tree Trust programming in your region.

Tree Trust’s Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP) is an up-to-seven-week paid work experience designed to help young people learn and practice basic job skills. All jobs pay $9.65 per hour and have an average of 20 scheduled hours per week from June 18 to August 10 (exact start and end dates may vary by county).
