We are pleased to offer a 3.5 day Multidisciplinary Team Training for Pennsylvania MDITs on September 11-14, 2018. As the Executive Director or MDIT Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating your team of 6-7 people. Please choose members that are committed to and actively support the CAC/MDT Model and who are planning to be in their position for at least two more years. It is required that you have a representative from Law Enforcement, Child Protection, and Prosecution. The expectation is that these representatives be at the supervisor level. The other 3 members can be from Victim Advocacy, Forensic Interviewer, Medical, or Mental Health partners. We realize that some MDT partners may have dual roles, i.e. Law Enforcement is also a Forensic Interviewers and some MDIT Coordinators are Victim Advocates, so there is flexibility for your team to have all core roles represented in the training. Please complete the following application for your team and the form will automatically be submitted to NRCAC and the PA Chapter of CACs and MDTs. In the space below, you will need to name the 5-6 team members that will attend the training, along with yourself. NRCAC requires a signature from the supervisor to ensure they support their staff's commitment to attend the training for the full 3.5 days. This will be sent in a separate email. Once your application is accepted, we will send you a link for each team member to complete a survey prior to the training. This will allow NRCAC to personalize the agenda for your needs. Please feel free to email Sue Ascione at email@example.com or Alison Gray at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
Please complete and submit this application no later than June 29, 2018.
