Standard package includes:
Each exhibitor will be provided with a trestle table, table cloth and two chairs in a 3m x 3m space. Should you require a power point, kindly indicate so in the block below and note that any additional items need to be arranged individually.

CONDITIONS OF EXHIBITION

1.

Stands must be setup and dismantled strictly as per the details provided.

2.

Payment must be made prior to setup of the exhibition stand.

3.

Exhibition stands will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, with the best positions allocated first.  Note that space is limited.

4.

Companies who wish to cancel need to do so before 10 May 2018, should the cancellation not be done before 5 May 2017, or be a no show at the symposium, companies will be held liable for the full exhibition fee. (Applies to members and non-members)

5.

All refreshments and lunches will be served in the exhibition area.

6.

At least one delegate must register and pay to attend the full Symposium, further staff members manning the stand will be charged R1 100 – 00 per delegate.

7.

Staff members registered as exhibitors will not have access to the symposium presentation area and will be charged the full registration fee should they wish to attend the symposium or parts thereof.
