While you are waiting for your equipment to arrive, please ready your space:

1. If your internet speeds were not fast enough during the interview or you had an ISP provider that was not compatible (AT&T), this would be a great time to make the call and get your internet upgraded or providers changed.

2. Remember that your workstation MUST BE WIRED.   Laptops must NOT use wireless (WiFi) internet, they must be physically plugged into the router.  The distance from the workstation to the router must be less than 15ft.

3. Once you receive your equipment, be patient.  You will receive training modules a few days before your official start date explaining exactly how to setup the entire workstation.
