If you are a registered Little Free Library steward who needs to order a replacement charter sign (standard or custom), please fill out the form below.

Please note:

Wooden charter signs are no longer available. All replacement signs will be aluminum.
If you know your original charter number, you may choose to keep that number on your replacement sign.
After you submit the form below, we will email you within 3 - 5 business days with a link you may use to order your replacement sign.

This form cannot be used to order your first charter sign. It is for those who need replacement charter signs only. If you have built a book-sharing box and you need to register by purchasing a charter sign, please return to the charter sign section of our online store.
