Request a Replacement Charter Sign

If you are a registered Little Free Library steward who needs to order a replacement charter sign (standard or custom), please fill out the form below. 

Please note:
  • Wooden charter signs are no longer available. All replacement signs will be aluminum.
  • If you know your original charter number, you may choose to keep that number on your replacement sign. However, it will result in a 1 - 2 week shipping delay; it's a custom process to engrave a charter sign with a particular charter number.
  • After you submit the form below, we will email you within 3 - 5 business days to arrange payment.
This form cannot be used to order your first charter sign. It is for those who need replacement charter signs only. If you have built a book-sharing box and you need to register by purchasing a charter sign, please return to the charter sign section of our online store.

Note: we can only do this if you tell us your original charter number above.

Standard signs are 8" wide x 1.5" tall. Custom signs are 11" wide x 3" tall. Wooden signs are NOT an option.

Note: We do not charge shipping and handling for replacement charter signs. If you choose a charter sign with custom text, you will be emailed a proof for your approval. We will not create or ship your sign until you approve that proof.
