If your delivery school differs from your pickup school, please contact Customer Support for instruction.
Claim Information

Remember that items can only have additional insurance of $400 and certain items, such as partical board furniture, are only covered up to the cost of storage.



Please be as descriptive as possible. Also, remember that items not in their original packaging or particle board furniture cannot be insured, and are only refundable up to the amount paid for storage.

We will not​ be able to review damage claims that do not provide pictures. If an item had additional declared value, please include pictures of the orange stickers as well.
