Set up:            Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 3p.m. to 5p.m.

                         Thursday, November 9, 2023 10a.m. – 3p.m.*

*All exhibitors must be set up by 3p.m. We will open the doors at 3:30!

 

Show Hours:  Thursday, November 9, 2023 4p.m. – 7p.m.

                         Friday, November 10, 2023 11a.m. – 8p.m.

 

Breakdown:   Friday, November 10, 2022 8p.m. – 12a.m.**

**All exhibitors must be moved out Friday night

All exhibit space will be sold on a first come first serve basis.  Booths will not be held without payment in full.  The deadline for application is Friday, October 20, 2023 or when booth space fills.

After you submit this form, your application will be reviewed by our team and you will receive an email regarding the status of your application with your booth(s) assignment, final amount owed, a link to submit payment (if using credit card), and other important information about the 2023 Walmart Health & Fitness Expo. If you choose to pay by check, we will indicate the amount to write your check for in this email. Please note that no booth sale is final until the vendor application has been approved and payment has been received.


By signing above, Exhibitor acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Vendor Agreement and to the Rules, Regulations, and Conditions set forth in the 2023 Walmart Health & Fitness Expo Rules, Regulations and Conditions, which are a part of and incorporated into this Vendor Agreement.
