Estate Planning Basics for Low Income Seniors

The training covers drafting simple wills, advance medical directives, financial powers of attorney, as well as ethical considerations when consulting with clients. Attorneys must agree to prepare two estate plans pro bono within one year of registering. Attorneys will be covered by PBRC’s malpractice insurance and will receive mentoring for their pro bono cases.
