Join The MYAC Volunteer Team
Volunteerism thrives at MYAC and allows us to offer exceptional education, performance and concert opportunities! From assisting with seating auditions to designing benefit invitations or directing traffic at our end of year North Shore Jazz and Classical Music Fest, volunteers perform important services to enhance our overall programs. Each MYAC family has a volunteer requirement of four (4) hours per year per child in MYAC.  The volunteer hours may be worked by any member of the family, student, parent or other family member.

Permissions
MYAC takes photos, videos and images for our website, flyers and brochures to publicize, market and recruit.  Please indicate whether you us permission to photograph your child during the 2024-2025 season and waive your right to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied.

Please indicate whether you give us permission to include your phone number, email and home address in any MYAC Student Directory in the 2024-2025 season.

Payment Information
You may reserve your student's spot in his or her existing ensemble/s by paying a $100 non-refundable deposit for each ensemble which is credited to next year's tuition invoice.  You may make a secure, on-line payment on-line as soon as you complete this form.

Please note: Financial assistance is available.

Submitting this form with your $100 tuition deposit represents a commitment to participate in Midwest Young Artists Conservatory program(s) during the entire Season 2024-2025. MYAC will expect your enrollment in both fall and spring semesters and will not fill your place in your current ensemble with another student. The tuition deposit will be applied to your tuition invoice for the season as the final installment. The tuition deposit is neither refundable nor transferable should you change your enrollment plan for Season 2024-2025.
