2019 FEE High School Summer Seminars Registration

There are six pages to this form, and it takes about 25 minutes to complete.

In order to save you time registering, please have ready:
Headshot of student (in .jpg format).
Any emergency medical information/allergies.
A credit card to process payment.

After submitting payment and therefore officially registering, a confirmation email will be sent which will include a link to the seminar reimbursement scholarship applications. This application includes both travel and tuition reimbursement scholarships, and more information will be provided at the end of the registration process.

*If you are planning on registering and attending more than one seminar, you will have to fill out a new form for each seminar you are planning to attend.
Student Registration Information

Rooming assignments are made using this information. Students will be housed with another student of the same gender for the duration of the program.

You must be at least 14 years old and under the age of 18 on the day your FEE seminar begins in order to be eligible to attend.

FEE will use this email address to send students seminar information before and during the seminar. 

Student phone numbers are collected so staff may contact them during the seminar if necessary. We strongly urge students to bring a mobile device with them to the seminar.
Parent/Guardian Information - Emergency Contact
This contact information will be used in case of emergency during the student's stay. The parent email will also be CC'd on important seminar information emails sent to students.

By sharing your information with FEE, you agree that we may use your information to contact you about other activities, with educational materials or opportunities, as disclosed to you at the point of collection, or in any other manner that advances our educational purposes. We may share or transfer your information with our affiliates and any other organizations or entities for similar purposes.

FEE does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, age, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law. FEE collects demographic information only for internal analysis purposes.

Housing requests MUST be mutual in order to be met. We will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests. Please only list ONE name.
Photo Submission Guidelines:

All photos must be in JPG format. All photos must include only you, cropped at your torso or shoulders (No group or family photos with multiple people). All photos must be of good quality (min. 800x800 pixels). Please format file name is "LastName_FirstName"

Emergency Medical Information
Medical Release:

The Foundation for Economic Education (FEE) is committed to conducting its programs in the safest possible manner and holds the safety and security of all participants in the highest possible regard. Participants and parents/guardians recognize, however, that there is an inherent risk of injury when choosing to participate. FEE strives to reduce such risks and insists that all participants follow safety rules and instructions which have been designed to protect the participants' safety. Please recognize that FEE does not carry individual medical insurance for each participant, and the absence of medical coverage does not make FEE responsible for the payment of medical expenses. 

On-site FEE staff may give to the student if needed:
Occasionally, students may request over-the-counter medication for minor ailments such as headaches, upset stomachs, etc. Please check "Yes" if you would allow your participant to receive the over-the-counter medication listed.

Audio/Visual Release
I hereby irrevocably consent and authorize the reproduction, publication, and/any other use by the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE), its licenses and assigns, of all photographs/audio/video taken while participating in a FEE program, in whole or part in conjunction with other photographs/audio/video, in any medium and for any lawful purpose, including illustration, promotion, advertising, or web content, without any royalty or compensation to me. I assign to FEE any and all rights of ownership to the photographs/audio/video, and agree that FEE has full right to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I waive any right to notice, inspection, or approval of any use of the photographs/audio/video which FEE may make or authorize, and I release FEE, and its licensees and assigns, from any claim or liability arising from or in connection with FEE's use of the photographs/audio/video or any alteration, processing or use thereof in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise.

  • Students are not permitted to leave campus any time except in the case of an emergency.
  • Students are not permitted to be in their dorm rooms during daytime programming unless to retrieve medicine or school supplies.
  • Students are not permitted to be in the hall of the opposite gender.
  • No weapons on campus.
    • This includes box cutters, pocket knives, etc.
  • Students must be in their rooms at 10:00 PM. Bed checks are at 10:15 PM. Students must stay in their rooms until 6:00 AM.

·        Both students must make eye contact with FEE staff to pass bed check.

·        Students must stay in their assigned room from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, unless there is an emergency.

§  In the event of an emergency, immediately find a FEE staff member.

Tuition payment is required in order to register. Payment guarantees you a spot at the FEE Summer Seminar.

Thanks to our generous donors, tuition is only $79. This covers tuition, lodging, and meals

Tuition and travel reimbursement scholarships are available and are rewarded on a rolling basis. Qualifying tuition applicants will be reimbursed the full tuition fee after attending the seminar. In partnership with the Staley Foundation, FEE is able to offer a limited number of travel reimbursement scholarships, also paid after the seminar concludes. Qualifying applicants will be reimbursed up to $500 in travel expenses after submitting valid receipts. A link to the Seminar Scholarship Application, which will include applications for both scholarships, will be sent to you after submitting this form.

By submitting registration and making your tuition payment, you agree to abide by our Cancellation Policy, in the event you may have to cancel your registration. For details on our Cancellation Policy, please check out our FAQ.

Payment Information

Receipt of payment will be sent to your billing email address. Receipt of payment is NOT your registration confirmation. Registration confirmation will be sent to the student email address and the parent/guardian email address with be CC'd.
