Join us for a morning of silent informal practice with zazen (seated meditation), kinhin (walking meditation), and basic instruction, with no formal lecture or service. Just come and enjoy the quiet time, and deepen your meditation through an extended period of sitting. While not a requirement, we recommend the Beginner's Meditation (Saturday at 8am) and Next Step class (see Website for schedule). Please contact Tim Kroll with any questions.We will begin with a brief orientation at 8am. With 25-min Zazen and 10-min Kinhin, you are welcome to come and go within the schedule (entering and exiting during kinhin periods). We will end at 12pm.
