This training is offered in two formats:

This training, co-sponsored by Community Legal Services, Inc., (CLS) covers Landlord-Tenant statutes, cases, and practical advice to prepare lawyers to represent tenants in District Court landlord/tenant proceedings. Participants must agree to participate in two (2) landlord/tenant clinics or take two (2) cases (or 1 of each totaling 2 volunteer commitments) in either Prince George's, Anne Arundel, or Montgomery County.
